Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
By using Eveora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About Eveora
Eveora is a student web-design project. Unless the organiser states otherwise, the events, prices, venues and seat counts shown are sample data for demonstration. While the site shows “demo mode” on the payment step, please do not send any money.
2. Reservations and payment verification
- Payments are made directly to the organiser by UPI. Eveora does not process payments or store card or bank details.
- After paying, you submit the UTR / UPI reference number and a screenshot of the payment.
- An Eveora administrator checks every submission manually. Your reservation is confirmed and your ticket is issued only after an administrator approves it.
- Submissions with an incorrect, reused or unverifiable UTR or screenshot may be rejected.
- You may cancel a reservation while it is under verification. Refunds for payments already made are handled directly by the organiser.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on your device while signed in. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Submit only genuine information and your own payment proof.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading or belongs to someone else.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the website.
5. Content
Event images are provided by Unsplash under the Unsplash License. Venue and place names are used only to make the sample events realistic.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent allowed by law, the Eveora authors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Open an issue on the GitHub repository.
